Pork Wonton

I filled some frozen wonton wrappers with a mixture of:
200g minced pork
1T Shaoxing rice wine
1/2t sesame oil
1t light soy sauce
salt & pepper
1/2 spring onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped

I think, I'm not sure anymore. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, especially when you eat it with a superhot chilisauce. ;-)

Oh, add a teaspoon of meat on a wrapper, brush with some eggwash (or just water) close the wrapper. Try to avoid any air in there.
