Making Noodles at Lao Bei Fang

I took this last October when I went to Lao Bei Fang Dumpling House. I posted photos of the food, but somehow I missed posting this one of the noodles being make.

You can watch the noodles being made while you're eating if you face the right way. The noodles go straight into boiling water. They are fresh when you get them.
