Steamed Chinese Duck Liver Sausage

I am a huge fan of liver and my favourite is liver sausage steamed-it-in-style! D is not a fan and I find it amusing the he describe it "steaming it makes the liver come 'alive' again with a smell"....yeah and that's what I love about it....hahaha
