iPhone 125/365 - Beef and Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce/Black Pepper

Black pepper gives a nice kick when uses nicely.

I had once tried out one the most popular dish in town when I was back in KL: Hokkien Mee fried with black pepper. It was spicy, everyone except me like it so much!

I didn't like it because what I wanted was some nostalgic Hokkien noodle, not whole mouth full of black pepper which burning after a while.

Spiciness is like drug, there is no end of it. When you are in drug, what you want is the ecstasy, not the food or the taste of it.

Having little black pepper, fried beef tenderly with a variety of mushrooms in oyster sauce, it gives a nice kick and perspiration on a cold day.

Everything consumes in a controlled volume keeps one to look forward to it for the next time.
