This is a traditional Chinese dish that is often served at weddings and is also commonly known as Honeymoon Fried Rice. Its supposed to be presented in a Yin Yang design and that represents the male and the female or husband and wife an equal balance and unity
Cream sauce on one side , tangy tomato sauce on the other , this is the Chongquing version
