Cheongfun - The Most Delicate Noodle In The World

Shrimp Filled Rice Noodles

They call this "Cheongfun" in Cantonese. It's made by pouring fresh rice flour mix right on a piece of cloth placed on top of a steam stove ... nothing can any fresher than this one.

Amazing !

I had dim sum at Ping's Seafood Restaurant with two friends on Saturday. Everything was delicious. We had more that what I'm posting today. I'll finish with Saturday's dim sum tomorrow.

These have always been one of my favorites.
