iPhone 113/365 - Scallop Fried with Celery

Japan food industry treats the ladies like the queen here. They have specialty for the ladies, but none for the gentlemen. Well, I guess it's because the ladies have the power to push the economy even at recession.

One thing interesting about lunch set; the ladies basically would choose anything that goes with celery. Either squid or scallop or beef, celery seems to be the diet icon!

Today I had scallop and squid fried with celery with salty flavoring. The celery does have a strong aromatic presence and it blends well into wach bite with scallop and squid, I think. It's nice to bite with it, but I personally think I would prefer to have something more, as a man's stomach, it seems healthy but not filling.

Celery has some magic on the ladies, I think.
