Squid noodle soup

I don't exactly know how to accurately describe , a sort of thickish, starchy style of soup that's popular in Taiwan. I have to say that it's not really my type of thing, although this meal was my first since having both a cold and "digestive issues", so I could be eating the world's finest sashimi and feel the same way.
