Chinese Food - Szechuan Chicken with Cucumber

Another favorite of Julianne, me, Amy and Meaghan. Very odd thing about it tonight--I didn't know I was eating cucumber, and I HATE cucumber.

Oh yeah, Amy took the first bite and then her mouth had a riot because of something . . . Meagan tried it next and had no problem, and then Julianne and I--guess Amy had some bad luck with a stray piece of spice or something.
